Current Positions AvailableShowroom Sales AssociateThis is an outstanding opportunity for a customer-oriented individual who enjoys working with customers in a showroom environment. The process consists of working with customers through the different stages of their building or remodeling project. This includes: demonstrating products, answering window & door related questions, reviewing blueprints, and quoting/ordering products. The Showroom Sales Associate will work at a local C&L Ward retail showroom. In-Home Consultant This position will be issued 2 to 3 preset, pre-qualified leads daily. These leads are all homeowners who have called us and have expressed interest in our products and services. You will visit their home, review their product needs, measure for the appropriate products, conduct a sales presentation, and provide them with a written estimate. The In-Home Consultant will work out of a home office and a local C&L Ward retail showroom. Business Development Representative This position is responsible for developing and retaining our professional trade customers which consists of residential builders and remodelers. The process is comprised of prospecting for potential trade customers, pricing/estimating projects to new and existing customers, and serving as the primary contact person for C&L Ward. The Business Development Representative will work out of a home office and a local C&L Ward retail showroom. Commercial/Architect Representative This position is responsible for selling and representing our products/services to medium & large size commercial construction companies and architects located throughout southeastern Michigan. The process is comprised of aggressively prospecting and pursuing these companies, establishing long-term relationships, and serving as the primary contact person for C&L Ward.
